The fenced garden is perfect for guests with pets. The ground-level holiday house from the year 1951 was completely renovated in the year 2000 and is comfortably furnished and well-equipped for a pleasant stay.
It has a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom.
The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a modern flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a dining table with four chairs.
Right next to it there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage.
An additional bed of 70 x 180cm can be provided for a child.

Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. Your holiday villa is about 5km from the centre of the little town of Labin with shopping facilities and a good range of gastronomy.
