This 130m² holiday house is in a village with a view of Labin, which is on one of the many hills in the surroundings. There is a roofed terrace next to the house, where up to ten people can sit at the dining table and prepare meals on the grill.
The private swimming pool measures 48 m².
Eight deckchairs with parasols and a gazebo are provided.
There is a little wooden hut with a slide for children in the garden.
The 1700 m² garden is completely enclosed by a hedge, so children and pets can run around freely.

There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, as well as a private bathroom on the upper floor.
Treat yourself right and hop into the new whirlpool. There are supermarkets in Labin about 3km from the house.
There are many restaurants in the area, with the nearest just a kilometre from the house. Pets are welcome.
