Large glass doors in the living room open directly onto your generous roofed terrace with a traditional stone grill, a wooden table and matching wooden benches.
In front of it there is your private pool surrounded by a parasol and sun loungers.
There is a convenient outdoor shower.
You can relax in the canopy swing with a good book.
If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking space right in front of the house.
The authentic natural stone house was extensively renovated in 2012 with a lot of attention to detail, ensuring that the traditional elements were preserved, so the solid wooden ceiling beams and rustic stone floors tell the story of past times.
It has a light and inviting living and dining space with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms and three very modern bathrooms.
The air-conditioned (cool and warm) living room provides a sofa bed, a comfortable leather sofa, two matching leather armchairs and a fabric armchair, a coffee table, a digital flatscreen TV, a stereo system and a dining table with six chairs.
The open fireplace built into the wall enhances the homely and rustic atmosphere and exudes pleasant warmth on cooler evenings.
Behind the dining space there is the modern built-in kitchen with a four-zone gas stove with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and ample crockery and cutlery.
Wide wooden stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms.
One of the three bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200cm), the other two each have a smaller double bed (160 x 200cm).
The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (160 x 200cm) for two further people.
One bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, the other two with a spacious shower cubicle, and all three bathrooms have a washbasin with a wall mirror, a bidet and a toilet.
Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in your house can be used free of charge.
Your holiday house is about a 20-minute drive from the towns of Rovinj, Porec, Premantura and Rabac.
