In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with six sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor charcoal grill and a terrace with a dense shade where you can relax with a glass of delicious Istrian wine while still keeping an eye on your children in the pool.

During the renovation, the charm of the old days was kept and at the same time adapted to the needs of a modern day visitor.
The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and eight chairs, a toilet with a washing machine and a playground for our most important guests and their parents, equipped with foosball, darts and a Playstation 3.
If you want to drink the first morning coffee with the relaxing sound of the birds, there is a terrace that can be entered from the upper floor room or from an outside staircase.
