It features an open plan living-/dining area with a top modern, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate guest toilet.
The living room provides a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed (170 x 200 cm), matching armchair and a large flatscreen television.
The kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
Next to it the dining area offers a wooden table with six chairs.
One of the three bedrooms on the upper floor has a 180 x 200 cm double bed, the second and third are furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds each (can be pushed together to make a double bed).
The master bedroom with the double bed has its own bathroom ensuite, which is equipped with a shower cabin, wash basin and toilet.
One of the other two bathrooms has a bath tub and shower device, bidet, toilet and a washing machine.
