During the renovation work, attention was paid to preserving the traditional elements, so the rustic ceiling beams and fine stone floors tell the story of past times.
It comprises a living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area on the mezzanine level and a very modern daylight bathroom.
The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a TV, a CD player, a radio and a round dining table made of wood with six chairs.
Board games are also available.
The cast-iron fireplace stove exudes cosy warmth and a homely atmosphere on cooler evenings.
The cream-coloured built-in kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, induction hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm).
A wooden ladder in the living room leads up to the mezzanine level with the second sleeping area and a double bed (180 x 200cmO.
The sofa below can be converted into an additional double bed.
The daylight bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a generous shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet.
Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. Your holiday house is about 300 metres from the harbour and the nearest long beach.
Kamenjak National Park about 3km away is a true paradise for divers and nature lovers.
In the centre of Pomer about 50 metres away you can find all everyday amenities: an ATM, shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants.
