The villa boasts a living space of a generous 150m², spread across two floors.
It can accommodate up to eight guests and is recommended for families with children or three couples.

There is also one of the three bedrooms on the ground floor (all three bedrooms have their own, private ensuite bathroom and are furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a flat screen satellite television and air conditioning units).

There is a separate guest toilet for added comfort.
