Villa Valbandon is located on the edge of a residential area and is separated from the beach by the main road and a small pine forest.
Two-storey, detached holiday home with private garden and swimming pool, shared terraces, barbecue hut with open fireplace, some balconies and separate study room.
The villa is designed for ten people and has a total of five separate bedrooms, four bathrooms each with toilet and shower or bath, a kitchen, a large communal living and dining area and a small study room with an auxiliary bed.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed measuring 1.6 metres by 2 metres.
There are also two bathrooms with a toilet.
In addition to a storeroom / broom cupboard and a washing machine, there is a living/dining room and kitchen on the ground floor.
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
One of these bedrooms has a double bed measuring 1.8 metres by 2 metres and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.
The other two bedrooms are furnished with double beds measuring 1.8 metres by 2 metres and 1.6 metres by 2 metres.
A travel cot for infants up to the age of two is available in the holiday home and is provided free of charge.
A further, additional travel cot can be provided free of charge on request.
On the upper floor there is also a large bathroom with toilet and the study room.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used for heating if required.
In both cases, use is free of charge.
The living and dining areas and bedrooms can be individually air-conditioned.
Use of the WLAN is included in the rental price.
On the upper floor, two of the bedrooms have a shared balcony.
The third bedroom on the upper floor does not have a balcony.
On the ground floor, the shared covered terrace with several seating areas and a gas barbecue can be accessed from one of the bedrooms and the living/dining room.
A barbecue hut with an open fireplace (suitable for charcoal barbecues) and a small summer kitchen is accessible from the garden and pergola.
There is no balcony in the second bedroom on the ground floor.
There is a swimming pool with sun loungers in the Mediterranean-style garden.
The outdoor area is fully planted and fenced and is for the exclusive use of the tenants.
There are two parking spaces directly on the property and, if required, further parking spaces are available in an open area directly in front of the property.
Villa Valbandon also has an infrared sauna (approx.
2 m² in size) made of natural wood.
It offers three seats and a temperature of up to 60 degrees.
There is also a fitness machine (ergometer).
Use of the sauna is included in the price.
On request, the provider will be happy to help you hire a mooring in the Valbandon marina (for boats up to seven metres hull length and a mast height of up to three metres) or hire a motorboat.
In the garden there is a separate fishing area with running water.
There are two restaurants less than 100 metres away.
There is a small supermarket about 200 metres away where you can buy your daily needs: bakery products, sausage and cheese counter, small meat counter, fruit and vegetables, drinks and toiletries.
The sea and the nearest family beach with coarse gravel are just 500 metres away.
Just 2 km away is the romantic fishing village of Fažana, where there are several bakeries, a butcher's shop, a fish market and another supermarket.
In Pula, approx.
10 km away, there are several large supermarkets such as Lidl, Kaufland, Billa and Konzum.
Quiet and secluded bathing spots under pine trees can be reached in a few minutes by bike or car.
The hilly hinterland of Valbandon with its wineries and olive oil producers, e.g.
in Vodnjan, invites you to explore off the beaten track.
In the picturesque fishing villages of Fazana or Rovinj there are excellent restaurants with a view of the sea and the sunset.
The villages of Bale and Svetvicenat impress with their historic walls and hidden castles.
