Villa Grande is located in the small Istrian village of Brščići (part of village "Juršići"), which belongs to the municipality Svetvinčenat.
Brščići is a village with about 100 inhabitants.
The first neighbors live in Switzerland and come to the neighboring house only for holidays. Juršići is located near well-known tourist destinations in Istria, such as Svetvinčenat, Pula, Rovinj, Fažana, and Medulin. Guests of the house have at their disposal a private tennis court, basketball and football courts (100 m from the house).
Sports can be played in the evening too (the court is illuminated).
