This holiday house is located in the heart of Istria, halfway between the eastern and western beaches.
The house is located in a small village with six houses.
For the most part, the only noise you can hear is the chirping of birds and the singing of crickets.
Outside, there is a swimming pool with a whirlpool function.

The holiday home is conveniently located for exploring all of Istria.
You can reach the beaches of Fažana (Brijuni Islands), Peroj or Barbariga by about 15 km, and you can visit Rovinj (about 20 km) or other charming towns in the region.
In Svetvincenat (8 km), for example, concerts and performances are always held in the beautiful castle during the summer.
The first minimarket is 3 km away, as are a bar and a restaurant.
The ATM, post office and doctor's surgery can be found in Vodnjan or Sanvincenti (both about 8 km away).
There is a large supermarket in Vodnjan.
The holiday home is conveniently located.
