The holiday house is situated in the little village Modrusani near Zminj in the heart of Istrian peninsula.
Somewhere halfway, Žminj certainly found its place under the sun.

A licensed guide will take you around our town, who’s regularly dressed in our traditional costume of the Folklore Society of Cere (the oldest folklore society in Istria), while her face is adorned with Žminj’s rićin (a replica of an earring found in an old Croatian cemetery in Žminj). The house is situated on a plot of 350m2 and it consists of a two floors.

There you have one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a big bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary fitment.
From a living room is a beautiful view with a large window of the garden and pool illuminated by the sun's rays.
On the ground floor is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Also on the ground floor is a relax room with a jacuzzi and sauna.
