This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village of Zgrabljići, not far from Sveti Lovreč and 10 km from Poreč and the sea.
A typical Istrian tavern is only 500 metres away, there is also a wine road nearby and the Lim Channel is 8 km away.
The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2006 in the original Istrian style.
