Villa Mathea is a beautiful, large stone built villa with a separate stone built annex/guesthouse, secluded, but close to "everything", with a large private swimming pool and even a small olive grove, all a total of 6000 square meters.
The garden is maintained by a professional gardener.

The two gates are electrically operated by remote controls.
From the terrace there is a beautiful view over the open landscape with olive groves and in the distance you see the Mediterranean sea.
From Chania Airport it is only a 8-10 minutes drive by car or taxi.
It is a 5 minutes drive to Kalathas Beach, and a 10 minutes drive to Marathi Beach.
Within a 5-15 minutes drive from Villa Mathea you have reached any of the beautiful sandy beaches of Akrotiri.
The city of Chania is 12-14 minutes away by car or taxi.
The village of Kounoupidiana with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, medical doctor, bakeries, banks and post office is a mere 4-5 minutes drive away.
