The detached villa with private pool for a maximum of 6 adults is located on the north-east coast of Crete on the hillside near the village of Hersonisos. The private pool and the well-tended garden with lush trees and Mediterranean-style planting are also located on the approximately 600 m² plot.
Around the garden, a natural stone wall with fence ensures your privacy, but does not prevent you from enjoying a marvellous view over the natural landscape to the sea.
The pool can be used from April to October. The house has two storeys and a basement.
There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.
On the ground floor there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen and fireplace as well as a shower room.
The furnishings are bright and in a rustic vintage style.
The kitchen is fully equipped and practical, with Smart TVs with satellite reception in the living room for the evening programme.

Additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure a pleasant climate. The nearest shops are just a five-minute walk away. In the colder months, oil heating and wood for the fireplace are available.
