This modern villa is located within a quiet private residence in Cannes on the Côte d'Azur.
From the house you can reach the beach, the centre of Cannes, the Croisette and the Festival Palais in just a few minutes.
Outside, a large terrace with garden furniture and dining table for 6 people and two balconies await you on the upper floor.
In the large, beautiful Mediterranean garden with two 1000-year-old pine trees, eucalyptus trees and palm trees, two large terraces (with a dining table for 10 people) and the heated infinity swimming pool await you.
Here you can completely relax and unwind.
The infinity pool is a saltwater pool, i.e.
the water is odourless and very pleasant for the skin and eyes, thanks to the latest technology in water treatment without the addition of chlorine.
Another highlight is the private boules court (boccia) with light balls in the garden at night.
There are eight bicycles available, which you can use for trips to the beach or the town centre in just a few minutes.
Four cars can be parked free of charge in the villa's private car park.
Pets are allowed on request.
Completed in March 2018, the luxuriously furnished modern villa offers enough space for a maximum of ten people on two floors of just under 100 m2 each.
Each floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a fireplace for cosy hours.
On the upper floor there is a large dining table with six armchairs and an open-plan kitchen.
In the kitchen on the ground floor there is a dining table with four armchairs.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, a (deep) fridge, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, leaving nothing to be desired.
The large sliding glass doors provide plenty of light.
Three bedrooms await you on the upper floor: two bedrooms each have a double bed (1.60 metres wide), the third has two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide).
There are two bedrooms on the lower floor - one with a large double bed (1.80 metres wide) and one with two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide).
There are two bathrooms on each floor of the villa.
Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC.
One bathroom has a bath and shower, washbasin and WC.
The fourth bathroom can be accessed directly from a bedroom and is equipped with a washbasin and shower.
The fourth WC is located in a separate room.
Both floors of the villa are equipped with central air conditioning and heating, which can be individually controlled in each room.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the villa.
A washing machine is available free of charge on both floors.
Both floors of the villa can be individually closed off by sliding doors in the vestibule.
The sea and the beach, as well as the centre of Cannes (Croisette, Festival Palais) can be reached on foot in approx.
ten to fifteen minutes.
A supermarket, two bakeries, other grocery shops, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and a restaurant, as well as two bus stations are located in the immediate vicinity of the villa (approx.
200 - 300 metres).
Please note that smoking is absolutely not permitted in the villa.
