The villa is located in a closed domaine, in a green and quiet part of the Côte d'Azur (without high-rise buildings), close to St-Tropez, Cannes and Nice.
The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and the short walking distance (500 m) to both the sandy beach and the coastal resort of San Peire (Les Issambres), give you the great advantage of being able to enjoy the peace and quiet without having to use the car every day.
