In a quiet location and sheltered from view, you will benefit from large indoor and outdoor spaces to share unique moments with family and friends; you can park up to 5 or 6 cars directly on the property. The house has a modern interior design and is built in traditional Breton granite, which gives it its authentic character.
The location and the size of the garden offer real privacy for convivial and festive moments, sheltered from prying eyes.

You can plan your excursions to the local sights, markets and traders, enjoy Breton folklore, practise activities such as deep-sea fishing, sailing, golf and hiking on the famous GR 34 long-distance footpath that passes by the estate, and discover the heritage of the Côtes d'Armor. So let yourself be tempted by our country house to experience Brittany at any time of year.
Nature lovers will not be able to resist the spectacle offered by the raging sea in early autumn.
Experience the rhythm of a storm on our coast at the end of the garden! THE HOUSE Our residence can accommodate 12 people and has a very large living space overlooking the sea and the garden, where the living room and lounge with fireplace are located - everything invites you to cocoon! The villa is very well equipped and decorated with large photos and original sculptures by local artists.
It is quietly located and orientated so that you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets every day of the year. The TV fans among us will appreciate the large flat-screen TV in the living room with its home cinema, where you can end the evening on the very large sofa.

the younger ones will thank you, won't they? GASTRONOMY Our region has a gastronomic diversity, with a wide range of locally caught seafood - especially oysters and lobster - but also fresh produce from the farm, local and organic products at numerous markets.
The peninsula also breeds its own lambs and Aubrac cattle.
And there is a cuisine based on seaweed grown on the peninsula. The kitchen of our house is tailored to the needs of gourmets.
You will certainly appreciate the cooking island - photos 9 and 10 -, the oven, the low-noise extractor bonnet and the two coffee machines.
And finally, a full range of equipment: high-quality cutlery, numerous bowls for pastries, an electric wine cellar and an assortment of glasses, carafes and tumblers for tasting fine wines, ciders and whiskies... SLEEP GREAT AND BE LULLED BY THE SOUND OF THE WAVES Your accommodation consists of a beautiful master bedroom, a master suite with en-suite bathroom and WC and three further large bedrooms.
They are all on the upper floor except for one, which is directly accessible from the ground floor.
The bed linen is new and of high quality, all the house linen is provided by us. You'll be fighting over who gets to sleep in the master bedroom! This 20m2+ room on the upper floor has five very large windows that flood it with natural light, so you are sure to enjoy the most beautiful sea views from here.
With a king-size bed (180x200) and a high ceiling, the room offers an exceptional size to retreat to your privacy. Also on the upper floor, the "parental suite" with sea view occupies more than 30m2, it is furnished in typical Breton style, this one has a queen-size double bed (160x200).
A second large bedroom, similar to a suite, is accessible from the ground floor and has a double bed.
It is furnished in an understated style and offers a view of the garden and the sea.
The bathroom, laundry room and WC are located next to this room. The fourth bedroom on the upper floor is 17m2 in size, has a double bed 160x200 and also offers a view of the sea and the garden. A fifth and final bedroom on the upper floor, 22m2, has 4 beds 90x200, also with sea views, and is often used by accompanying children. Practical: The villa has two large staircases to the upper floor, so that several families can live together without stepping on each other's toes! For babies: beautiful wooden bed from Stokke with mattress and cover, high chair.
The two bathrooms on the upper floor each have a shower tray. The laundry room on the ground floor has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
For those who appreciate their laundry smelling of fresh air, there is a solid outdoor clothes horse. HAVE IMMEDIATE AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH IN SWIMWEAR FROM THE PROPERTY. The immediate access to the beach makes the Kermohic property ideal for swimmers, divers, windsurfers of all kinds, kayakers; anglers, but also for photography enthusiasts: you walk thirty seconds and you are in action! The bay in front of the property benefits from very large tidal differences, the sea can recede for kilometres, revealing rocky backdrops that will remind you of landscapes from Star Wars.
The landscape is constantly changing, be it the sea, the rocks or the sky for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets: click-clack Kodak! The region is also home to a large number of birds that attract ornithologists: in particular at the Sillon de Talbert (8 minutes by car, Unesco World Heritage Site, photo 37 and 45), in the bay of Saint-Brieux and in the Sept Îles nature reserve off Perros-Guirec (30 minutes by car, then boat from Port Blanc) : over 110 species between St Brieuc and the Seven Islands ...
