The luxurious, detached country villa DUXCAAR is the last house in a very quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Saint Pabu.

If you don't want to book a crossing to England straight away, visit the 'Ile de Batz', where the boats sail constantly.

Just a few kilometres from Saint Pabu, the famous oysters of the 'Aber Wrac`h' and 'Aber Benoit' are reared; some claim the best oysters in Brittany (Prat ar Coum) No matter what means of transport you use to get there, neither the international airport, the TGV train station nor the motorway are more than 30 km away.

The central location in north-west Brittany makes many excursions possible, to the Crozon peninsula or to the pink granite coast or the Parc Amorique with its high moors, fairy forests and deserted plateaus or to the markets of picturesque villages.
Stays in autumn and winter are also very impressive, when the natural forces of the Atlantic create five-metre-high waves over which kite surfers fly with their colourful sails and, after a long walk in the spray-soaked salt air, you can warm up again in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace with a good glass of red wine.
In February, you can also enjoy the first glimpses of spring with blooming camellias, daffodils, broom bushes etc.

With rising water and wind, the 'Plage de Erleac'h' is popular with kite surfers and wind surfers.
