This detached holiday home is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Les Teules urbanisation.
The hillside location offers breathtaking views over the mountains, valley and coast.
The coastal town of Platja d'Aro with its beaches, restaurants and shops is a ten-minute drive away.
The village of Santa Cristina d'Aro is 3 kilometres away.

The house has air conditioning in the living room and there is also air conditioning in the bedroom on the upper floor.

100 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of five people.
The living/dining area has a sofa, an armchair, a satellite TV, a music system with Bluetooth reception and a dining table with seating for 5 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a large fridge, a small freezer and a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired.
In the first bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, new), in the second bedroom a single bed (0.90 x 1.90 m) (extra bed possible on request) and the third bedroom has a king size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with adjoining bathroom, in which there is a whirlpool bath, (currently not to be used due to water shortage 4/2014) a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
The features of the second bathroom include a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
The bathrooms both have windows.
Heating (only in winter) and free WiFi are available in all rooms of the house.
New air conditioning units have been installed in the living room and the upper balcony bedroom.

Due to the stairs, the house is not necessarily suitable for children under 7 years of age.

Outside you will find a total of three terraces facing south, west and east with garden furniture, sun loungers and a very private, secluded area by the swimming pool (9.5 x 3.2 metres).
The large south-facing terrace invites you to linger and relax.
A large dining table with eight chairs, a dining table with four chairs and a small side table are available for communal dining.
With the electric barbecue, nothing stands in the way of a cosy barbecue evening.
You can park your car free of charge in a locked driveway.

Outdoor barbecues are not permitted in the summer months due to the risk of fire.
