The charming holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of the still relatively unknown resort Colònia de Sant Pere and is ideal for couples, but also for small families with children.
Within walking distance you can quickly reach the restaurants and the small supermarkets.
A pharmacy, a small fishing and yachting harbor and a bank are also located in this romantic former fisherman and farmer place.
The house was completely renovated in 2019, very lovingly furnished and mostly newly furnished.

Again, there are many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, post office, banks and a public swimming pool.
On Tuesdays the big market attracts the locals, but also the guests of the island.
In addition to the two beaches in Colonia de Sant Pere there are more beaches, for example.
at Artà (22 km), Cala Ratjada (23 km) and Canyamel (21 km).
The airport is on the one hand rather fast to reach with 68 km driving distance, but far away enough not to be disturbed by the aircraft noise.
