NO events ! NO excessive alcohol ! The neighbourhood must be respected in the residential area, from 11 pm night's rest and room volume.
Music during the day at the pool maximum background music, so that the neighbours are not disturbed. No youth groups or adolescent adults, there are better places and houses to celebrate and party.
