Casa Poggibonsi al Mar - only a few steps away from the beautiful beach of Cala Llombards.
Newly built in a privileged location of Cala Llombards - a wonderful place for a beach holiday in any season.
Ideally equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the two-storey house offers enough space for four people in two bedrooms.
The air-conditioned (hot/cold) rooms are elegantly and thoughtfully furnished.
Additionally in the living room: marble infrared heating.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area with an adjoining open-plan kitchen.
A bedroom with safe and a bathroom are available on the ground floor.
The second bathroom and the master bedroom with access to the terrace are located on the upper floor.
Both the terrace and the bedroom offer fantastic views of the sea.
An open staircase leads from the terrace to the roof terrace.
From here you can see across the sea to Es Pontas and in the direction of Cala Santanyi.
The terraces are equipped with sun loungers.
All living rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
In the garden is the white-tiled pool 3.25 m x 7.5 m, up to 2.20 m deep, and sun terraces, parasols and loungers.
It takes on a turquoise colour during the day thanks to the light.

A hatch opens up the kitchen to the patio and the outdoor barbecue, making it easy to open up the summer kitchen.
There is a dining area with a large outdoor table.
There is also a partial sea view from there.

The special thing about Casa Poggibonsi al Mar is not just the wonderful view of the sea.
About 20 metres from the entrance to the house there is a staircase with 80 steps leading to a bathing area (rocky plateau) in Cala Llombards.
There are bathing ladders there during the bathing season.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Llombards, where there is a chiringito (bar) in the season, can be reached after a 3–5 minute walk.
Below, in Cala Llombards, sunbeds and parasols with a small private safe are available for hire.
The beach bar is known for very good food, also open for dinner on the beach.
