The 2 additional sun and shade terraces in the living/dining area with barbecue, electric grill, lockable patio cover and further terraces in the pool area offer plenty of space for socialising.
The 8 x 4 metre pool with easy access via steps and outdoor shower invites you to take a refreshing dip.

Depending on your preference, you can choose between sunny and shady spots on the many terrace areas and relax from the stresses of everyday life.

There is a market in Capdeapera on Wednesdays. The access road via the dirt track is a little bumpy, but guarantees a little more peace and quiet.
