First of all the location, only 3 km from the sea, and then the 9 m x 6 m (55 m²) swimming pool with separate children's pool and the beautiful garden with lawn, make Finca SA FONT DEN ROS an ideal holiday home for families and groups of friends.
On the east coast, between Son Servera and Cala Millor, you will find this finca nestled on the slope of the small mountain Puig de Sa Font, hence its name.
In addition to the famous beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, which are only 5 minutes away by car, there is a stretch of coastline with still unspoilt beaches called "Costa de los Pinos".
The property with approximately 15.000 m² of land offers the perfect retreat.
The gardens and the large swimming pool, surrounded by lawns and Mediterranean vegetation, leave no limits to outdoor relaxation.
With a living area of approximately 230 m², the house offers three double bedrooms (all with single beds) and two bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with shower in the bathtub) on one floor.
The fourth bedroom (double bed) and the third bathroom (shower) are located in a separate flat, ideal for those who want even more privacy.
One of the bedrooms in the main house is a suite with its own open-plan bathroom and, like the other two, has access to the garden.
From the entrance hall you enter the spacious kitchen and the living/dining room with a large window, which offers a wonderful view of the garden and the pool area.
There are two outdoor terraces to the left and right for relaxing.
The highlight is undoubtedly the private crescent-shaped pool of 55 m² (depth 1,55 m, access by stairs and steps) and the children's pool for our youngest guests.
The village of Son Servera is only 5 minutes away by car and offers supermarkets and some very good restaurants.
