The entire interior of the house is very straightforward and bright.
The living area of the villa is at ground level and surrounded by a continuous terrace.
An outdoor kitchen/bar with barbecue and hob are permanently installed on the terrace, while the private swimming pool is 10 metres long and access to the sea is via a staircase that leads over various terraces.
The length of the seafront is impressive - living so close to the water is impressive at any time of year.
