Our house in Migjorn is located in the private farmhouse Can Toni Blay (residential complex with exclusive access code for guests), together with the houses Llevant and Tramontana, at km 10.3 of Formentera. Migjorn beach is 800 metres from the property and can be reached on foot or by car without having to take the main road. The fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí is 1 km away, next to Ses Platgetes beach, with restaurants, terraces, chemist, supermarket, cash machine, car hire service and shops. The maximum capacity of the Migjorn house is 10 people. The price of the stay includes initial cleaning (not daily cleaning), bed linen and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one bath mat for each bathroom, one beach wrap per person and welcome gifts). Towels are changed twice a week for stays longer than one week and bed linen is changed weekly. Cots, high chairs and bed rails are available at no extra charge.
