WLAN, flatscreen satellite TV (with German channels), DVD player and a Playstation 3 are available free of charge.
You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from all rooms.
The house has two hot water tanks and a solar heating system.
The detached villa also has a private pool (9m x 4m, renovated in 2020 with steps) surrounded by a large terrace with barbecue, a balcony, a large garden terrace, a private garden with palm trees, flowering plants and a lawn and a private car park directly in front of the house.
The balcony and terrace offer seating for over ten people.
The pool area is very spacious and offers sun all day long.
There are sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs and an outdoor shower.
