Villa Violeta is a traditional villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, located in a quiet neighbourhood, (urbanisation Santana ) outside the traditional village of Benalmadena Pueblo (old town), a charming and traditional Andalusian village.
The villa is comfortably furnished and has air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
This whitewashed detached villa has plenty of outdoor space on the terraces and is set around a mature garden (plot 800 m²) The private pool has a cover and electric heating (only on request and a surcharge applies).
Benalmadena Pueblo is 1 km away with many cobbled streets, many traditional restaurants, nice bars and cafés, the village has so much charm and character.
Benalmadena's sandy beaches are also less than a kilometre away.
Beach and seaside resorts: The villa is ideally located a short distance from a number of beaches; the nearest beach is less than 5 minutes by car.
Within 5 - 30 kilometres are the popular beach resorts of Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Cabopino, Marbella and, of course, the famous marina in Puerto Banus.

All beautiful beach resorts are within a few 10 kilometres.
In addition, this place offers a nice base to ski in the Sierra Nevada, Gibraltar (North Africa) and beautiful inland cities and even Portugal.
Sights to see: Castillo de Colomares Benalmadena Pueblo: This monument is a tribute to Christopher Columbus and the discovery of America.
It was built between 1987 and 1994 by Doctor Esteban Martín.
Village of Benalmádena Pueblo: The original village that gave its name to the municipality of Benálmadena is located slightly away from the coast at an altitude of about 300 metres.
As a result, it escaped the building boom that characterises mass tourism and has still managed to partly preserve its typical Andalusian character.
The small village centre is small and picturesque.
Most streets are traffic-free and the houses are whitewashed and decorated with flowers.
Parque de la Paloma: This extensive park of more than 200,000 m² contains a large artificial lake, an extensive network of hiking trails and several playgrounds for children.
There is a small animal park and many animals roam loose such as chickens, rabbits and peacocks.
There is a cactus garden with a large collection of more than 2,000 specimens of cacti and succulents.
Estupa de la Iluminación: This Buddhist stupa is the largest in the western world.
It is more than 30 metres high and has a base of 25 by 25 metres.
Inside, there is a meditation room of over 100 m².
The building was inaugurated on 5 October 2005.
La Niña de Benalmádena: This bronze sculpture by Jaime Fernández Pimentel is one of the city's icons.
The statue stands in the centre of a fountain in la Plaza de España in Benalmádena Pueblo.
It depicts a naked young girl holding a shell.
Castillo de Bil Bil: Castillo de Bil Bil is an Arab-style construction.
Surrounding it are Moorish-inspired gardens with several fountains.
The structure is used as a cultural centre with changing exhibitions.
It is also used by the municipal administration for wedding ceremonies.
There is no public building in the province of Malaga where more marriages are performed than here.
Surroundings Benalmadena: Furthermore, Benalmádena is also ideally located for visiting Andalusia's many attractions, including the beautiful 'white villages' of the hinterland and the historic cities of Granada, Seville, Jerez and Cadiz.
By the way, don't forget Málaga, a very nice city with many bars and restaurants in the old city centre or the new Muelle uno (the new port).
