The Golfo degli Angeli villa is on two levels.
It was extensively renovated in 2022: new windows, new non-slip flooring in the terraces, centralised summer and winter air conditioning with independent controls in each room, electric car charging, photovoltaic panels, garden area with gazebo and lounge.
The villa is directly by the sea.
A private staircase leads to a platform on the rocks, with space for a sun umbrella and deck chairs for guests.
Adjacent to this area is a long rock that creates a large natural pool ideal for children.
This area of the coast is particularly reserved and uncrowded even in high season and allows for long periods of relaxation and refreshing swims.
The adjacent sea allows for underwater fishing excursions, according to the legislation and ordinances of the Harbour Master's Office.

The ground floor is divided into two areas:
A) Sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom overlooking the Golfo degli Angeli, with full master bathroom, 2 rooms (one with sea view and one with hill view) both with two beds.
For these two rooms there is a large shared bathroom with two sinks, WC, bidet and shower;
B) The living area consists of a large living room with a TV or relaxation area, with a sofa and 2 armchairs, and a dining area with a table with 10 seats; in the middle of the living room there is a large fireplace (suggestive for winter stays).
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, electric oven, capacious and modern fridge/freezer, induction hob) and is adjacent to a bathroom with washbasin, WC and washing machine; next to the bathroom there is a room with bunk beds, ideal for 2 children-adolescents.
From the living area two large French windows lead to a large terrace with a spectacular view of the sea (which is about 20 metres below), equipped with outdoor furniture (table with seating for 10 persons, 4 vintage wicker rocking chairs and folding blackout curtains).
On the first floor there is a large studio apartment with independent access, with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen area, a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
The studio also has a large terrace overlooking the sea equipped with outdoor furniture.
At the foot of the house, facing the sea, there is a garden area with sun loungers, a gazebo, an outdoor pallet lounge and an area for using a Weber barbecue.
The villa is surrounded by thick Mediterranean-type vegetation.
Nearby, two beaches (Cannesisa and Genne'mari) are easily accessible by car or on foot along the rocks (Cannesisa).
The nearby shopping centre has a supermarket with a wide selection of quality local products, bar, restaurant and pizzeria.

Cagliari (whose lights brighten the night skyline) with its port and international airport is less than an hour's drive away.
