Newly renovated holiday home with garden, balcony and roof terrace with sea view
The holiday home was completely renovated in April and refurnished down to the last spoonful.
The garden was also completely remodelled.
Enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding nature and the peace and quiet in the high-quality holiday home Casa Paulo! Go for a hike or a bike ride through the beautiful countryside!
The south-facing terrace, the balcony on the 1st floor and the roof terrace on the 2nd floor offer sunshine and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area, which can be seen in the distance.
In the evening, you can marvel at the beautiful sunsets from the two terraces or the balcony while enjoying a glass of wine.
You are also welcome to use the small garden to relax and barbecue.
In the hotel's own Mediterranean restaurant, Xivi, you can enjoy a cocktail at the bar and a delicious lunch or dinner.

Our 100m² Mediterranean holiday home was completely renovated in March 2024 and equipped with a new kitchen and high-quality furniture.
It was individually + lovingly furnished.
The house has a modern and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
It is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, oven with microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, blender and tea towels.
A cosy living room with satellite TV and a guest WC with washing machine, ironing board and iron are also located on the ground floor.
The living room door leads to the covered and open terrace with adjoining small private garden.
The garden provides access through the holiday complex to the spacious communal pool (including children's pool).
On the 1st floor there are 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite).
The 1st bedroom has access to a furnished balcony with beautiful views.
Both bedrooms have a television.
The holiday home on the 2nd floor also offers a private roof terrace (furnished) with a small sea view and beautiful views of the hinterland and the surrounding area.
WLAN in all areas, heating/air conditioning, car parking space are available and free of charge.
The maximum capacity is four people and a baby (cot, high chair and stair gate are available).
Details: The holiday price includes all utilities (heating, water and electricity) and the car park.
The holiday price also includes the final cleaning, bed linen and a towel package as well as a beach towel.
